We want to make sure that every espresso extraction is timed to perfection, we worked tirelessly to source the best coffee making machinery – we have our La Marzocco FB70, we have two Mazzer grinders, one for our signature blend espresso and one for our decaf so that you know every cup of coffee you order will be freshly ground from bean to machine to cup every time you order.
Redchurch is the signature espresso blend we use from Allpress Espresso - a medium roast comprising Brazil Santa Alina, Colombia Pescador, Guatemala Huehuetenango and Sumatra Mandheling. The Brazil is a natural, bringing sweetness and syrupy body. The semi washed Sumatra provides spice and cocoa, whilst higher grown Guatemala and Colombia origins add fresh clean acidity. Colombia and Brazil give the blend its characteristic sugar cane and caramel sweetness. The result is a balanced and smooth espresso that combines beautifully with milk.
